P.S.A.S. TUITON AID APPLICATION

*Please read PRIOR to completing your P.S.A.S. Tuition Aid Application

In order for you to receive Catholic Central financial assistance, you must complete the attached Private School Aid Service (P.S.A.S.) forms and submit directly to P.S.A.S. by March 1. This is the Archdiocesan deadline.  Include a copy of your 2006 tax return with this application.

Please submit an application fee of $20 (check or money order made out to P.S.A.S.) with the application and mail to:
Private School Aid Service
P.O. Box 770728
Lakewood, OH 44107-0034
If you have students in Catholic Central Elementary or Junior High in addition to the High School, you will need to complete only one P.S.A.S. form.

Tuition assistance is based on qualified financial need. No financial aid or monetary assistance is given by Private School Aid Service (P.S.A.S.). The Catholic Central Financial Aid Committee makes all final decisions regarding the amount of aid offered to each family. P.S.A.S. is a ratings service that provides the school with a list of applicants ranked by financial need, along with a recommendation of tuition aid.  We use this service to ensure that private information provided remains confidential, and it allows us to fairly allocate our tuition aid dollars based on need.

For assistance in completing the application, please bring your completed 2006 tax return, a copy of your 2005 tax return documentation, and all supporting documentation for unearned income (Example: Government assistance such as Social Security).
