Our School Catholic Central School is composed of a unification of Holy Trinity, St. Bernard, and St. Teresa Elementary Schools in Springfield, St. Mary Elementary School in Urbana, and Catholic Central High School. In 2004, Clark and Champaign Counties took the first step towards unification by moving all junior high students (grades 7 and 8) to the high school, thus forming Catholic Central Junior and Senior High School. In the fall of 2005, the parish feeder schools joined together to form one elementary school located on three campuses. These schools are identified by site. The Springfield schools house students in PreK - 6 and the Urbana site K - 6. Our Lagonda campus is located at the former St. Bernard school, our Limestone campus at the former St. Teresa school, and our Urbana campus at the former St. Mary School. These campuses are led by one administrator with campus coordinators or lead teachers at each site. Here is a link to ALL SCHEDULED EVENTS. |

Our Board
On July 1st 2005, Catholic Central began a new era with the formation of the Catholic Central School Board of Trustees. As a new board, we developed the following mission statement:
“Building on the legacy of Catholic education in Clark and Champaign counties, we provide leadership in generating and creating an environment that is inclusive of all. In partnership with the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, we develop policies to ensure that Gospel values permeate academic excellence and personal development. We ensure stability, fiscal responsibility, and effective governance for the school.”
